The death of mom's  husband caused her to have depression and a diminished mental capacity.

According to the Illinois state bar, Susan Capra wasn't allowed to walk away from mom. Especially since she was experiencing mental issues.

Again, the problem was that  Capra filed the lawsuit incorrectly.

The mixture of albuterol and anesthesia were what caused the stroke. Not the ventilator.
