ALL ATTENDING PHYSICIANS WERE DULY AUTHORIZED AGENTS AND EMPLOYED BY BLESSING HOSPITAL.

THEY WERE NOT GOOD SAMARITANS.

Yet they used the good samartian act as a defense?
