Looks like Clifford is being deceptive (more fraud) in claiming the lawsuit is worth 500 million just so they can be the first in line to sue once the stay is lifted.
Source: U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Deborah Thorne accused the car wash, known as Fuller's Service Center, of gross mismanagement, self-dealing and general incompetence.
