Clifford Law Offices filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Brian and Kristine Richards, following the July 2023 death of their 14-year-old son, Sean. Sean was struck and killed on the sidewalk when a teenage employee at Fuller's Car Wash in Hinsdale, Illinois, accidentally pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake and accelerated into a sandwich shop. The lawsuit and developments surrounding the case include:

• The Lawsuit: Filed in December 2023, the suit seeks at least \(\$50,000\) in damages against Fuller's Car Wash, its owners (the Douglas Fuller family), and the teenage driver's father.
