Ventilator?

 That was funny!

Realize that just because something happened a long time ago doesn't make it any less true.

Alexa?

Do lawyers have a duty of care to their clients?

The second major duty applicable to lawyers is the duty of care. The duty of care should remind you of tort law. It requires lawyers to act carefully in performing work for clients.

Jambois has been here

He has known of jamboisheeger.blogspot.com for 13 years. He has followed me on linked in as well.

That could be interpreted as him not caring about my opinions about him and his good ol boy network that are based on facts.

If you retain him or anyone in his network, just brace yourself.

You will need this in order to retain counsel

DO NOT LET IT BE MODIFIED BY ANYONE.

IARDC will be involved?

I'm apprehensive contacting them due to the fact that there is an inherent conflict. All lawyers in Illinois pay membership dues to the IARDC.

scheduling order

I'm sure latching will come up sometime in the near future as well. If it does, I'll be able to show that I haven't been sitting on my hands for the last 25 years.

The longer you take

Will only make your options harder to obtain. You will be blindsided if you take the silent route.

Protected Speech

The first amendment is alive and well here.

Also protected by the Illinois anti-slapp law and the

aiding and abetting

What are examples of aiding and abetting?

Five common examples of aiding and abetting a crime are:
  • encouraging someone else to commit a crime,
  • providing information or equipment, knowing that it would be used in the commission of a crime,
  • assisting with the commission of the crime,
  • acting as a “lookout,” and.
  • acting as the “get-away” driver.
What does aiding and abetting mean in legal terms?

Aid and Abet means to assist someone in committing or to encourage someone to commit a crime. Generally, an aider and abettor is criminally liable to the same extent as the person committing the crime.

Involuntary Manslaughter

There are no statute of limitations on this in Illinois as well.

Do I need to keep going?

THIS ONE MAY INVOLVE SOME PRISON TIME.

Don't tolerate them.

Currently in the progress of being submitted to the Dr. Phil show.

People will have the option to decide if they want to facilitate these legal professionals (kjs-law.com and cliffordlaw.com).

All of the information on this journal will help individuals decide.

Learn how lawyers hide malpractice from their malpractice insurance carrier and bury evidence.

Tolling breaks statute of limitations.

Please read this carefully:

https://www.illinoiscourts.gov/News/816/The-Client-Protection-Program-Restoring-Trust/news-detail/

The best part is, nobody will ever know if the legal professionals were passed up in acquiring new clients because of this information.

If you have any trouble with any Illinois law firm, just send your complaint to the IARDC. Do not contact the Illinois bar association.

Here is the Client Friendly Engagement Letter. If the lawyers refuse to sign this, then move on to the next law firm.
