14-year-old Sean Richards, who was killed at a Fuller's Car Wash in
Hinsdale, Illinois, on July 17, 2023. The lawsuit alleges
that the car wash was negligent and that a 16-year-old employee who was

not have been operating cars commercially. The car wash owner filed for
bankruptcy in early 2025, which the victim's family claims was an
