At least you have proof that greedy incompetent lawyers are everything that I say that they are.

Still they haven't called back or responded to my letter.

I'll put my number up here just for the sake of argument.

But seriously, do these lawyers actually care about other people? I think they definitely do as long as they can draw money from other peoples losses.

They are encouraged to do 15 hours of pro bono work per year and claim to give back to their community. All that boils down to is advertising their services while "helping" in the community.

wrongful death lawyers are a joke...as you can see...

Slam dunk (lawyers that don't do a stick of work) cases always get good online reviews.

Order Permitting Disclosure of Records, Documents & Information filed Order filed. It is ordered that the Pltff is to prepare an affidavit identifying the names & addresses of Anna Pettice's medical care providers. Pltff to obtain copies of medical records from 1983 to present. Upon receipt of these records the Court will undertake an in camera examintion. Cause set for hearing on 5/3/04 @ 9:00am.
This hearing will be conducted by telephone.

Order of Contempt filed. The Court finds Susan Capra to be in contempt for refusal to produce records as ordered on 4/21/04. Susan Capra is fined $100.00, enforcement is stayed until further order of Court. Order filed. Cause is set for CMC on 7/12/04 @ 8:45am, Defense counsel (Mr. Harless) will initiate phone call.

It looks as though that Susan Capra wasn't qualified to handle situations like this.

It also appeared that they were focusing on my mother psych history instead of their client killing Philip Pettice.

Only time will tell if Dr. Frank Froman was involved.

Lucinda Awerkamp was my moms attorney when her disability was taken away back in the early 80's. Was she related to Gina Awerkamp? If so, did they share notes? 

Capra asked mom what she did. She told her that she was disabled and was labeled paranoid schizophrenic by a pseudo scientific doctor (Frank Froman).  

Psychiatry is a pseudo science.
