Lawsuit was filed incorrectly

A MEDICAL EVALUATION HAS TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE A WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUIT CAN PROCEED.

Susan Capra filed Adams county wrongful death case 2000L46 under false pretenses.

Did she do it in order to gain leverage in another wrongful death case against Blessing Hospital? 

The ventilator had nothing to with Phillip Pettice having brain death during a surgery for a constricted hernia. 

SRNM PAID JAMBOIS AND CLIFFORDS SUPPOSED LEGAL EXPENSES TO "SETTLE" 2000L46.

All of these lawyers are just little children.

Their legacy here will grow here and follow them.
