I wonder

If the information here would be good legal ammo for the adverse counsel to use against Clifford law.

Isn't it the responsibility for lawyers to report each others legal misconduct?

In most jurisdictions, lawyers have a duty to report misconduct by other lawyers if they know that the misconduct raises a substantial question about the other lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness to practice law. This duty is typically outlined in rules of professional conduct, such as ABA Model Rule 8.3.
