But seriously, do these lawyers actually care about other people? I think they definitely do as long as they can draw money from other peoples losses.
They are encouraged to do 15 hours of pro bono work per year and claim to give back to their community. All that boils down to is advertising their services while "helping" in the community.

Order of Contempt filed. The Court finds Susan Capra to be in contempt for refusal to produce records as ordered on 4/21/04. Susan Capra is fined $100.00, enforcement is stayed until further order of Court. Order filed. Cause is set for CMC on 7/12/04 @ 8:45am, Defense counsel (Mr. Harless) will initiate phone call.
It looks as though that Susan Capra wasn't qualified to handle situations like this.
It also appeared that they were focusing on my mother psych history instead of their client killing Philip Pettice.
Only time will tell if Dr. Frank Froman was involved.
Lucinda Awerkamp was my moms attorney when her disability was taken away back in the early 80's. Was she related to Gina Awerkamp? If so, did they share notes?
Capra asked mom what she did. She told her that she was disabled and was labeled paranoid schizophrenic by a pseudo scientific doctor (Frank Froman).
Psychiatry is a pseudo science.

Letter to Anna Pettice
This is not a settlement to deliver retribution to the injured party. It was settled to deliver money to the lawyers and they took advantage of a psychologically disabled person in order to get that accomplished.
Apparently all that they needed was moms signature. If you read the depositions, mom said that she trusted everybody, even the doctors that killed her husband.
Nobody in their right mind would trust anyone without them earning it first.

Aiding and Abetting
Did SRNM inspire Clifford to talk mom into dismissing the wrongful death case against Blessing Hospital?
The lawyers involved are still practicing today.
It still puzzles me as to why the attorneys on the hospitals side paid Clifford and Jambois alleged legal expenses.
What "mistakes" were made by my deceased step-fathers lawyers that nobody wants to talk about.
Why have they been ignoring me?
They knew my mom had psychological issues before KJS entered the case.
The good thing is that only time will tell.

It's obvious why Blessing Hospital (srnm.com) paid Clifford and Jambois supposed legal expenses.
Apparently no attorney was reported for legal attorney misconduct.
DUTY TO DISCLOSE ATTORNEY MISCONDUCT
Rule 8.3(a) of the Code of Professional Responsibility provides that "a lawyer possessing knowledge not otherwise protected as a confidence by these Rules or by law that another lawyer has committed a violation of Rule 8.4(a)(3) or (a)(4) shall report such knowledge to a tribunal or other authority empowered to investigate or act upon such violation." IL RPC Rule 8.3(a). Rule 8.4(a)(3) in turn forbids lawyers from committing criminal acts that reflect adversely on their trustworthiness, honesty, or fitness as an attorney, and Rule 8.4(a)(4) bars lawyers from engaging in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit, or misrepresentation. IL RPC Rule 8.4(a)(3) and (a)(4). Thus, lawyers have a duty to report unprivileged knowledge of another lawyer's professional misconduct. As In re Himmel, 125 Ill 2d 531, 533 NE2d 790, 127 Ill Dec 708 (Ill 1988), reh'g denied, 1989, and Skolnick v Altheimer, 191 Ill 2d 214, 730 NE2d 4, 246 Ill Dec 324 (Ill 2000), indicate, this duty is absolute.

I wonder who prompted the adverse to delve into my moms mental illness history? You can see from the court log, Moms lawyers did nothing to argue the lack of relevancy of that issue. This looks like Clifford had a back yard conversation with blessings lawyers to cover up and excuse the mistake in filing the lawsuit.
Remember, SRNM paid both Clifford and kjs-law.com legal fees to "settle" the wrongful death lawsuit.
This is proof that my mother was mentally unstable and Proof that Clifford fucked up and that they owed her the duty of care that she deserved.

Adams county court records don't resolve
This is interesting, all I get is a blank screen after I attempted to render 2000L46 on http://co.adams.il.us
I connected through my VPN but it indicated that it wouldn't let me in since it was making too many connections.
Looks like I might have made someone snap out.
Good thing I screen captured everything.
I can however render the case through a common carrier.

Its also going to be interesting to see what that appellate court was fed in order to grant an appeal for the adverse.
